I finally gave in and created a blog, and what better thing to blog about than health. Whenever I feel compelled (or whenever I get bored at work), I will add articles, videos, and my general veiw towards what we all need to follow to acheive great health. I will include nutritional strategies for various stages of health, fitness programming and theories, as well mental health and issues of general well-being.
